Crew of UltimateDakar, Tomas Ourednicek and Pavel Vaculik completed the longest day of Duna Aszfalt Cup, second round of the Central European Zone Trophy and first round of the Hungarian championship without major problems. Tomas and Pavel occupy the 6th position in the strong international field with their H3 EVO.
“I loved the sandy tracks, the car is running well, Pavel did a perfect job with navigation, we found a pace we thought was fast but checking the results we saw we were quite far behind. We are not happy with the result because we expected much better. Tomorrow we will see. We are going to make some changes on the setup, we try to push and improve the result,” the driver said after the finish.
Duna Aszfalt Cup ends on Sunday with a final 94 km long special followed by a prizegiving ceremony in the afternoon.
